Heidi Frei is the owner of Heidi Frei Coaching & Consulting.  She has 13 years experience in marketing and communications and four years of employee management and leadership.

Heidi is the director of marketing and membership at the Arizona Society of CPAs, where she has worked for nine years.  Prior positions include marketing communications roles at Arthur Andersen, Big Brothers Big Sister of Dane County (Wis.) and Madison and Dane County Development Corporation.

Heidi also worked as a journalist for the Green Bay News-Chronicle throughout her college years and after graduating.

Heidi has an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a bachelor's degree in communications from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.  She has a certificate for Life Coaching from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts.  She is also an Accredited Business Communicator (ABC) through the International Association of Business Communicators.

Heidi is a past president of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), Phoenix Chapter.  She is currently serving as a board member for IABC's Southern Region.  Heidi is also a member of the International Coach Federation and the Phoenix chapter.

In her free time, Heidi volunteers for Free Arts of Arizona to help children in crisis to express themselves through art (http://www.freeartsaz.org/). 

Heidi is a graduate of Valley Leadership, Class XXVII and was named one of the Phoenix Business Journal's Forty Under 40 in 2002.
